Portugal is a country located on Iberian Peninsula, in south-western Europe. It is the westernmost state in mainland Europe Population is 10.28 million. Its location on the Atlantic Ocean has influenced many aspects of its culture: salt cod, grilled sardines are national dishes, the Algarve's beaches are a major destination.

The work fields that we are mostly working with are marketing, business administration, business development. However, with VPP, we can expand our work fields for IT, engineering or HR.

Working Culture
- Mostly working hours are between 9-6, lunch between 1-2

- August is usually vacation month for all the companies

- Compared to some Northern European countries, the tolerance for change and unconventional solutions in Portugal appears more limited.
- Getting down to business takes time. Especially at initial meetings, the Portuguese are interested to get to know one another – so try not to rush things!
- Meetings are not about reaching consensus, but rather a forum to voice one’s opinion.
