Role
Overview
Our Public Engagement Ambassadors have the opportunity to introduce the general public to the dynamic world of global trade, and show how companies like DP World enable the flow of ideas, goods, and people that forms the backbone of the global economy.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for the welcoming & engagement of visitors & guests to the DP World FLOW Pavilion
· Play a pivotal role as a DP World EXPO 2020 Ambassador to the 2.5m visitors expected to visit the DP World Flow Pavilion
· Speak confidently around DP World as a Global Trade Enabler, showcasing your knowledge of the Pavilion experience, in order to fully engage your audience and respond to questions positively
· Engage visitors and guests in the bespoke DP World FLOW Pavilion user experience to ensure each and every person leaves with a full understanding of DP World as a Global Trade Enabler
· Direct and engage visitors and guests to fully maximise their Pavilion experience through the use of interactive technology, touch points and digital engagement
· Encourage visitors and guests to utilise their own Social Media platforms within the Pavilion, driving DP World exposure to a wider audience
· Develop an excellent understanding of DP World, and its subsidiaries, as a Global Trade Enabler. Provide informative responses to questions
· Meet and greet all visitors and guests to the Pavilion including VIPs & B2B customers
· Confidently interact with a wide variety of nationalities & be mindful of cultural sensitivities
· Proactively gain guest and visitor feedback
· Assist visitors with general queries, providing timely solutions or directing to the appropriate person
· Enhance Pavilion visits by providing general information and identifying and assessing guest needs
· Ensure entry and exit to the Pavilion and individual floors is smooth. Assist with crowd control as required. Work closely with our OL Duty Manager and FlowLive Producer to integrate visitor flow during live events
· Relay any notable events during shift: HSE issues, visitor/guest feedback, notable guest visits
· Maintain operational records, as directed, including visitor & guest feedback and observations
· Punctual reporting of operational issues to the Floor Manager
· Acquire extensive knowledge about the offerings within Expo 2020 Park in order to enhance wider experience for visitors
· Support mobility and accessibility requirements for all guests and visitors
· Support Operations Team with ad-hoc requests and day-to-day tasks
· Fulfil additional duties as assigned by line manager to support the overall success and operation of the DP World FLOW Pavilion
· Demonstrate inherent passion and enthusiasm for DP World FLOW Pavilion to all visitors & guests
